Junior rally stopped after SS2 after fatal accident in the main rally. Paul Mulcahy of Dungarvan, Co.Waterford, passed away following injuries received in a tragic accident, which occurred during stage 4 of the Carrick-on-Suir Stages Rally. As a mark of respect the organisers, Carrick-on-Suir Motor Club, have cancelled the remainder of the event.
