Info
"The feeling is like I'm losing a couple of seconds in every corner because there is a lot of loose gravel on the road, I feel like I'm spinning the wheel all the time. We're trying our best and we'll do our best on the next stages as well."
"It is a rough stage, we have to clean the road in all the rallies, but we are here. I'm trying to save my tyres and my car so let's go for the next one."
"Really? Nice to hear. It was a nice stage. Quite different to what we are used to, like Safari. I was enjoying. Fun to go with this car if it's rough, you can go flat out and it's bumping all around!"
"I was very cautious. Couldn't find the rhyhtm."
"It's okay. First stage of the morning, not an easy one but we enjoyed."
"We're trying. Careful in the rough section. Overshot a couple of junctions."
"I would say quite early, just 8km in. Nothing special, but quite a lot of rocks."
Puncture, left rear
"It was the first stage. Big rocks, very difficult. Not max speed."
"It's nice. I tried to push, but too much cleaning and sliding. We could be better today without the mistake yesterday."
"We had to go into the wilderness and turn back! Good stage, but stupid mistake. Shame for us. We will learn from it and come back stronger."
"It was a bad stage for us, some mistakes in the pacenotes from the recce. Searching for big stones.."
Overshot a junction
"The car has got more power and everything is faster. The pacenotes were working well as they are on angle not speed."
"The gravel is quite loose now. We tried our best now for the first time. The pacenotes were quite good."
"Not too bad. The stage is cleaning a lot so we will see. Already quite hard out there."
"I overshot on the tarmac, the braking is a lot more slippy than I thought. My third gravel rally, so trying to learn."

We shouldn't forget about Vaher, if it wasn't for the puncture, he would have won the juniors. He's a fantastic driver for 17 years old, I've been watching him for a long time and I think he has the potential to be a WRC driver. He's going for the win on gravel, but we'll see how he does on tarmac.

Another Estonian talent? Pretty good for a country of 1.3 million people.

Beautiful competition and great competition. Czech crews amazing performances. Keep it up and big congratulations!

If you mean the amazing performances ironically, I agree. The s/km loss for a driver who wants/wanted(?) a factory seat in MS is not exactly small (even if you subtract the puncture) and for our other driver it is almost horrific. So I don't know how the new car and the tested km with it have factored into it... Perhaps only Filip Kohn can withstand (despite weaker competition in RC3) a stricter benchmark. But maybe I'm just too pessimistic on a Monday morning.
Koder 2115 [15. 4. 12:21:23]
I wouldn't say amazing. Mares barely got into the top 10 and it's only thanks to Heikkila and Sesks retiring, cause he would never get into top 10 on pure pace. The only good one was Kohn and Woodburn in the Rally3.
