Everything went according to plan: we concentrate now to win the Rally, not the Power Stage.
It is very rough, but it's ok. / Je to hodne tvrde, ale jinak ok.
We had a good run - and now one stage to go...there are a lot of rough places

We try to push, everything could happened.
We try, we've do some work. Have to go, everything is ok on the car. / Snazime se, odvedli jsme dobrou praci, vsechno na aute je ok.
We tried a little bit here and the car looks OK...for the next one we will try hard...
This is warm up, very rough - we have to ... [protect car] for the next stage...
We try 2 enjoy & push. Gonna try 2 nab some more pts on the Power Stage.
Everything is fine, we are ready for Powerstage.

Quite rough already, but I don't think it is going to get worse. [Power Stage?] It might be a bit risky / Docela těžké, ale nemyslím, že to bude horší. Mohlo by se trochu riskovat.

It was ok, second part was twisty, no problem.
It's ok, last tree km I lost little bit./ Bylo to ok, jen na posledních třech kilometrech jsem ztratil.

First time for me, completely new to me...really nice...all the stage was ...fast and I enjoy a lot..we had good grip
Good stage, it is really fast in places, and everything is now all right. I am completely happy.
We tried to fix the brakes, I have so little brakes....I am so glad we are in Service now.
Mikkelsen started stage 3 minutes late and has 30 second penalty
It's always nice to be in a podium position, but it's a bit too early.../ Je to vzdy krasne byt na podiove pozici, ale je prilis brzo doufat...
I am quite happy, because the time to compare from last year....I have to finish in top five...
Tahle rzta byla úplně jiná než ty tři předchozí, auto velmi dobře drželo na cestě, byla to zábava, oproti tomu drncání předtím, rychlá RZta jako ve Finsku.
Really nice stage, the traction on the car is perfect and on the very fast stages, you could push like hell...
Steering arm came lose, the whole arm had [un]screwed itself - that doesn't sound good - it had opened the ring, fixed it/ Upevnili jsme tyc rizeni, cela tyc se vysroubovala, neznelo to dobre.
I'm OK...don't understand what the marshal was shouting... no big deal.../ Jsme ok, jen nevim, co na me marsal kricel, zadny velky problem
This morning I think we did fine....when you are first on the road, there is so much gravel

We damaged this the previous stage where we had the puncture. We try to keep going...2 broken arms, no disc...
I continue like a little bit before, I try to understand why I lost some more in the slow corners
Even more demanding... now the others want to race me...I wasn't very relaxed, there were little mistakes I was doing.../ Trochu vice narocne, ted chteji ostatni dohnat me, neodpocival jsem, delal jsem drobne chybky
This one is not so rough, it is tricky at the beginning.... no point to take risks anymore...
After 3km, I braked at a corner and the brake snapped and went straight to the floor...not a confidence booster.
We don't take any risk, we try to finish in a good position...I change the set-up for this stage, we try to manage.../ Neriskovali jsme, snazim se dokoncit na dobre pozici. Zmenil jsem nastaveni pro tuhle rztu, snazime se to osefovat.
Quite happy, I try to do my best, but I have a lot of understeer, I don't know why. It was very fast like in Finland. / Docela spokojenost, snazil jsem se jet co nejlepe, ale auto se mi hodne nedotacelo, nevim proc. Bylo to hodne rychle, jako ve Finsku.
The mid-section of this stage was very narrow, a lot of dust, difficult to judge your speed also.
I don't know, what happened, something happened on the start line...it's been like that from the start.../ Nevim, co se presne stalo, neco se prihodilo na startovni care... byl to problem od zacatku zkousky.
Front left suspension damaged
There is some dust, but not too much of it, it doesn't bother me now.../ Je tam hodne prachu, ale ne tolik, aby mi to delalo vrasky.
It's really tricky, We try to push. We drive as fast as we can. It's not too bad./ Je to celkem zradne. Snazime se zabrat, jedeme tak rychle jak jen to jde. Neni to tak spatne.

Mistake at the end, I brake a little bit too late...couldn't see anything in the dust...very rough in there.../ Chyba na konci, šel jsem na brzdy trochu později, nic jsem neviděl přes prach, bylo to tam hodně těžké.

It was really good stage. When Mikko says, that it was good stage, it means, it was really good stage. Of course we try to keep the pressure on...we need to keep calm and focused
Quite ok, conditions are so much different than last year, I struggled in some places...quite a lot rougher...
I can't really find good rythm, I have no confident at all. I strugge with that at the moment. / Nemuzu najit ten spravny rytmus, nemam duveru, bojoval jsem s tim ted hodne.
Is very good compared to yesterday...at one corner I didn't hear my co-driver...big moment.../ Je to ve srovnani se vcerejskem velmi dobre. Ale v jedne zatacce jsem neslysel navigatora, velka krizovka, v prave sedm jsem slysel prava dva...
We spun at 2 corners...slippy a lot...
Was quite OK, first stage, slippery, difficult to follow the pace notes, we need to use different gears in the corners..
Lots of loose gravel, really slippery...really slippy, stages like this are cleaning a lot. It was okay.
OK, but for sure it's really slippery, lot of loose gravel, not easy...at the moment we have to drive and see what happens/ OK, ale samozrejme to hodne moc klouze, je tam spousta volne sotoliny, neni to jednoduche, v tuhle chvili musime jet a uvidime co bude dal.

We had a spin...I went off from the line and I couldn't get the car in....(but he leads WRC2)/ Dělali jsme hodiny, byl jsem mimo trať a nedařilo se mi dostat zpět. (ale stejně vede WRC2)

Julian Porter z cile RZ: Mikko reporting he nearly rolled in stage 2 on the tarmac section, he hit the bank on the outside of the corner & went on 2 wheels!
It was good fun, no problem with the dust, it was very enjoyable to drive in the dark...the handbrake is fixed...

It was much better than the first stage. It was good, no problem. Not bad position for tomorrow.
The boys in the Service have done a good job...I enjoyed it....!

info z VW: Pro dnešek konec, zítra nastoupí v rámci Rally 2.
Stal kvuli defektu, kolo prehodil a pokracoval, ale stoji podruhe pro technicky problem, detaily zatim neznámé.

There is no connection between the steering wheel and the rack...something is badly lose in the steering..
We stuck behind Mikko you know...but really we were very lucky...there was a lot of dust...
It was slippy and very very...I had a handbrake problem...I was really suffering in places...
