Day 1 has been canceled due to safety reasons because of an earthquake, with epicenter close to SS3/6, which has happened just before the rally.
Thus the numeration of SS11-SS15 from Day 2 was changed to SS1-SS5 instead, and also Day 2's stages were driven on Saturday, 1st August 2009, rather than on Sunday as initially planned.
