"It's okay. I know that we did some mistakes but because there is more dirt on the road than I expected, I was carrying too much speed and understeering. Generally it was okay, not a bad start."

"I tried. We know that this rally will be a big push from the beginning to the end. I felt like the car was sliding a little bit too much and the grip was low, but obviously the road conditions are like this."

"There were changing grip levels in quite a few places which was surprising. The tarmac is clean but we are not in a perfect rhythm yet, so we will see where we can improve."
