"I tried, but still I lost a few tenths but it looks like we need to drive flat out and hope for the best. The next one is a long stage and it is difficult to make all the corners perfectly."

"We're trying to play the long game with tyres at the moment, there's no right choice with tyres at the moment. We've got softs on board which probably isn't the right choice - it seemed like it was when we left the service park!"
