"This one was good, just the first one I lost 8 to 10 seconds, I thought I had a puncture on the right but there was no puncture.
"Cherain is off right near the end. he whole stage was dry and then one corner was a mud bath."

Reports in that Lukyanuk has completed the first stage and is on his way to SS2.
"We change the helmet (to fix the intercom), here it was okay. but it is difficult to find a good rhythmn."
"I am pretty surprised as it was not a perfect stage, i made some faults. May be a little bit too aggressive and lose some traction. I have to cut very deep, sometimes the sped is good, sometimes the speed is not."
"Today the car is not feeling that quick, I am not sure what is going on, plus I am not quick today. May be it is that I am not use to these high speeds.
"Not perfect time but we try to do our best. Any tarmac places are very slippery. We will see how it will be in other stages."
"Tough, I am also getting a little bit older, I know my speed and I know what I can do. The young boys are getting faster. It is dirty, the dust is still there so it is not easy."
"In the car is not easy to be relaxed. It is very dirty in places so we can be a bit surprised. It seems that the road is becoming cleaner in some parts."
